Great Mediator

We needed help disolving our marriage after 34 years and Paul was very helpful, thorough, and clearly laid out and directed the mediation. He always got back to us quickly, and kept everything running smooth. Very, very helpful and I highly recommend him.

Fired him.

Talked a good game and didn't deliver. Lacked depth, strategy and knowledge. Staff is low-grade and struggles with the basics. Fired him after 4 weeks. Also, he was willing to cross the ethics line to win my case which I found untolerable.

Unprofessional

Worked with this attorney a short period of time until I figured out that he couldn't provide me with the knowledge that my case needed. Despite the number of years in practice (why I hired him) the lack of current relevant skill was apparent. I let him go and eased into another attorney will a skill... set that better matched my needs. Also, I found his administrative staff to be very rude and unkind. They are also very nosy and gossip about their clients making assumptions. I found this out through a friend who had a group lunch that included some of the staff and they discussed client cases and showed no heart or empathy for people's situations. This lack of confidentiality is another reason I cannot recommend them.

I am sorry you claim to have had a bad experience with me. I do not recognize your complaint as a problem that was brought to my attention. The situation you describe does not sound familiar to me. I would request you contact me directly to discuss your concerns as client satisfaction is very important to me.
