Joseph P. Foley received the degree of Juris Doctor from Western State University in 1987. Since then, he has spent his time working with clients and their families to develop effective Estate Planning documents and practices.

Nice experience
He listened very intently to our concerns. It's a very casual environment. Family-friendly. He is meeting a short-deadline for us, which is above & beyond what is expected.
