My employer gives a benefit of creating a trust. I selected to work with Joseph Foley and his staff. Mr. Foley's group are professional and flexible with their time. I worked specifically with Douglas Wallace and Veronica Roberson. Mr. Wallace explained, in detail, every part of my trust. He was... very patient with all my questions. I recommend this group!

I had hired this attorney through ARAG my husbands legal network of attorneys. In a 3 week period I was only able to get him on the phone twice and he was extremely unprofessional like he didn't know what he was doing. After terminating our business I talked to a real lawyer who had said Joseph gave ...me the worst legal advice ever. Thankfully I didn't waste any more time then I originally did. DO NOT choose this man for your attorney you will truly regret it.

Joseph Foley paired up with another person and came to my daughter's Sunday school. I used their services. Since then, I have been told by two attorneys that the Special Needs Trust was poorly written. I contacted Mr Foley and told him that. He said he would put me on his mailing list for changes (ab...out six years ago - never heard or received a thing). I truly feel so cheated and misled. I have to now redo and repay for services that I thought he did. So unhappy. Feel as though he took advantage of my daughter and me.
