Joseph P. Foley received the degree of Juris Doctor from Western State University in 1987. Since then, he has spent his time working with clients and their families to develop effective Estate Planning documents and practices.

Worst Attorney/Person I've ever did Business with

Due to the client’s personal circumstances and out of state complications, our office could not carry out the work as requested. After careful examination of the ethical considerations, it was our firm that terminated representation.
