Jason helped me out considerably. He helped me revised my contract in purchasing a dental practice, which was being brokered by Paragon. Paragon is heavily one-sided with the seller, but Jason was able to mitigate the terms to be fair for both the seller and buyer.
Jason Wood is by far the best "dentist" attorney that I have ever dealt with. I've worked with two other "dentist" lawyers before, and both of them brought me more headache than help during my practice acquisitions. How is Jason different? He sets himself apart by knowing much MORE than the average attorney about the business of dentistry, and always goes out of his way to look out for your best interest. To top it off, I am based in New York.. yet he was able to help me through my practice acquisitions more effectively than any of the local lawyers that I had previously hired.
So if you're a dentist, and looking to sell/buy a practice, do not hesitate on making sure you have the best representation on your side. He is a pleasure to work with. Thanks again, Jason.

Great Attorney for Dental Acquisitions
My deal to purchase a practice carried on for 10 plus months (far longer than a normal acquisition) and Jason was always accessible and accommodating. He showed true character, which can be rare when you are dealing with attorneys.

Excellent
Was referred to him by a friend. His firm knew everything about my business transaction. I felt well taken care of and definitely was better off than the other side. They were so good, they predicted what the other side would do, before they even knew!

Nepotism at its best
The only reason this guy has any clout as an attorney is because of his dad. He was terrible in his dealings with my purchase agreement and ended up needing to run everything by his dad anyway. His contract was sloppy with all kinds of typos and misinformation. Seriously the epitome of white male privilege and nepotism.

Awful, uncaring
I had an awful experience with Jason. He asked for all the money to help look over my acquisition contract upfront, and now I can see why. He was short, dismissive, and extremely difficult to get ahold of once my check was cashed. Everyone involved in the transaction were surprised how unprofessional and rude he was. He did not seem to care about anything after he was paid.
