I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Jason. It quickly became clear that the only reason he’s in his position is due to family connections. He lacked professionalism, struggled with basic communication, and relied heavily on his father for guidance—undermining any confidence I had... in his abilities. The contract he provided was filled with typos and misinformation, and his input on my transaction felt sloppy and rushed. After payment, he became almost impossible to reach. He was dismissive and uncaring, showing little regard for my concerns. Everyone involved on my end was surprised at how unprofessional the entire process was. If you're looking for thorough, thoughtful legal help, I suggest looking elsewhere.

The only reason this guy has any clout as an attorney is because of his dad. He was terrible in his dealings with my purchase agreement and ended up needing to run everything by his dad anyway. I had an awful experience with Jason. He asked for all the money to help look over my acquisition contract upfront, and now I can see why. He was short, dismissive, and extremely difficult to get ahold of once my check was cashed. Everyone involved in the transaction were surprised how unprofessional... and rude he was. He did not seem to care about anything after he was paid.
