over 3 yrs i been fighting with ventura county false pretends i got arrested me and my daughter for no reason . my daughter wast sick and lying bu t the truth of the matter is she is sick over 10 yrs going to a Psychiatrist for over 10 years she has been and hospitalized in an institution... 3 years ago she got cancer they thought my daughter was pregnant but she had cancer 2 surgeries major surgeries keemo 2 years straight still asking god to take over her where did i go wrong was it the doctors in ventura or the nurses in ventura or was it medical when you are trying to heal somebody and they are finally realizing somewhat then somebody comes and destroys it....it is day 1 again look behind my shoulder and all my children they tortured my whole family to my husband to my granchildren i said i was not guilty but it took Ginger Ruth Kelly one of the best lawyers to win this case....Sincerly The Merino Family

When I first started working with her I thought I had found a trustworthy lawyer who would genuinely try her hardest to help me. By the end she never responded to any calls or emails, and she even mentioned screening calls at one point to avoid me. She misled me in almost every aspect of my case and ...what would happen. I don’t know if she just never knew the correct answer, or if she just always lied to me, but either way I never got the right answer. I was told two completely different things for both my community service and house arrest (which she described by her as "home confinement" and that it was much different than house arrest - not true at all). She was consistently late or cancelling all our meetings and when she did show up/call back to speak to me it was extremely difficult to get a word in edgewise or to get a straight answer. I feel that outside her career she is probably a very nice person, but with her clients she is disingenuous and only cares about the money. She let me know she was "done working with me because at that point she was only getting about $20 an hour”. In my case, not only did she not do anything which helped me, but I feel she could have actually hurt my case. I would strong warn others from working with her.
