I had a contentious dispute with my landlord where the acrimony level was high on both sides. He has a unique ability to calm things down and reason with both sides. In my case, this ability led to a great outcome. I consider myself a sophisticated consumer of legal advice. I've never seen anyone use time more efficiently. I would have paid twice what he charged me. I've saved his contact and when I have a real estate issue, he's the only guy I'm going to call.

We found ourselves on the wrong side of a lawsuit and having no legal experience we were lost and had no idea what to do.
