We defensed the case at the demurrer stage and received a cost award. The bank appealed and the case settled.
Brooktree v. Lloyd
After a two week court trial, we won a defense judgment and recovered attorney's fees.
Klamath River v. Cicala
After a 3 week jury trial, all defendants won a defense judgment. We also received an award of attorney's fees exceeding $200,000, which was recovered. Confirmed on appeal.
