I am shocked by these previous reviews! However, I am aware that people typically write out of resentment, not sentiment. Richard has been working in his field for over 30 years, with fairness, integrity and, has gone out of his way, giving his time, in my families state of need. Please, do not read... these and be deterred. I'm 30 years of practice, there will be happy, but do not forget the thousands that have been Greatly served--from the beginning, until the saddening end. He will stick by you and give what he can.
