I hired Tom to handle my case after consulting with several other local attorneys. He was by far the most attentive and personable of all that I talked to. He was great to work with and went above and beyond to get me a more than fair settlement. Tom was great at keeping me informed and making the process as easy as possible. His fees were more than fair and while I hope to never need his services again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire him again.

I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on the freeway. I called another attorney first and they rejected my case so I called Tom. Tom came out and met me and my family. Withing a few weeks he got my Harley replaced. Tom was great. He returns calls even on the weekends. He works hard and in the end he got me a really great settlement. I highly recommend Tom to anyone involved in a motorcycle accident.

This is a review of services and my opinion, based off of my factual interaction and results with my case.
His fees plus the additional costs of printing at kinkos and the fake mediator he hired somehow cost me 78% of my settlement. This was taken out BEFORE the 14k medical bill/lien (fyi. Even though I wasn't at fault the insurance company wants the bill covered by settlement money).
He kept wanting me to accept the 15k settlement offers from the auto insurance company. I refused these lowball offers for two years. I would only hear from Tom after my bi-monthly insurance adjuster phone calls to check the status. Finally they gave in after realizing I wasn't faking it and offered 90+k.
I'm still undergoing treatment after the case was settled and I'm in debt. Because I was left with squat to pay for continuous physical therapy.
I advise you to negotiate in your contract to have the medical lien paid for before any lawyer fees are collected as well as itemized expense reports the same month they incur.
note: this was not a "lane splitting case". I refuse to reveal my full name due to Tom's history of posting case/client information in his review rebuttal.
