Mr. Whitaker, responded right away when I called, I told him over the phone my brothers situation, he asked me a few questions, he said he would be at my brothers hearing the next day to speak to him. He gave me a tentative price. I agreed, he said not too worry we would take care of the paper work... and retainer after the hearing.
