When it comes to hurting children, there is nothing, nothing that can tear at your heart more. After over a 3 year battle begging for monitored visits, and custody issues, and getting no where except more in debt with a wimpy unprofessional attorney I had. So as scary as it was I finally had to ven...ture out and try to find someone better but affordable. I really don't even remember how I found Mr. Cizmadia, just a true blessing when I did! I knew the moment I met with him we were in good hands. He feared nothing.....he knows exactly as to how, when and what to act on, and what we just need to let go of. How to keep you calm. So reassuring, and always, Always in communication with us, he was never cocky, arrogant or any of that, just down to earth, very clean-cut, ON TIME, extremely knowledgeable, had all his papers in order, ( unlike my previous attorney ) I just can't say enough good! As for cost, another huge plus for Mr Cizmadia. He worked with me, and assured me that my case would not be in jeopardy ever due to me not being able to pay the full retainer at once, again un-like my ex attorney he wouldn't even begin anything until he had full retainer in hand, and then never did my case any good at all, put it this way, if it weren't for Mr Cizmadia my grand daughter would still be in danger. I wish others took their jobs as seriously as Mr Cizmadia does, he cares, you can feel it, he really, truly cares. Thank you just isn't enough!

William "Bill" Cizmadia the family lawyer rocks. I went through a nasty unnecessary war with my abusive cheating ex husband and fornutunately I found Bill to help me out. Bill helped me to get a RO and a divorce. I was on the defensive side and felt helpless before I found Bill. Not only I was ch...arged one third of the lawyer bill my ex has to pay, I had my rights protected and justice served. Bill was able to give me fair advice and the best way to save money and get the outcome in the most effecient way. In the middle of seperation my ex even contacted my parents blaming his lawyer (Arran Treadway from Claery & Green LLP)for giving his bad advice to cost money and being malicious to me even if he rejected his idea, and he actually said he is scared of my lawyer and hope I can replace Bill. I burst out laughing and at the same time was glad to realize that that I had the right one on my side. Anyway, my ex had to put a request to chance his lawyer, after 5 figures of lawyer fee and a restraining order on him. Bill actually told me not to go through court for the contested divorce as it will be really expensive for me, instead he tried his best to get a settlement agreement done cost much less than what i have expected within a short time of period. I was surprised as most of lawyers would be happy if their clients want to go through court which leads to more money in their pocket. Also, to project my identify to prevent my ex from locating me, Bill meticulously hide all my personal information from the documents provided to the courts even without me asking him in advance. On top of everything, I realized that Bill is a kind hearted human being. While my ex s lawyer gave all the nasty advice to ruin me, Bill actually told me that if my ex try to contact me to show goodwill, I dont have to report him to the police just because that might ruin him. But Bill suggested that I go through him for all the contacts I received and thank god I did, as I almost fell for the trap of releasing my ex's restraining order. Bill was professional and patiently analyzed the situation for me so that I was able to make a clear decision . My friend wants to write a review for Bill too, as he had a pleasant experince with him while waiting with me outside the court, During the tortuous 4 hours waiting, Bill was fun and relaxing and understanding , he talked to us to relax and comfort us, He even shared jokes with me and us and even other people that were waiting there. He literally struck a difference compared to the poker faced lawyers you saw in the court. All in all, I am extremely satified with Bill s professional service. I will definitely use his service again in future (sure hope I dont have to!). I am confident that Bill will continuously excel in his career not only because he is smart and knowledgable, but also because of his own merits as a decent righteous lawyer
