Sima Farde

Sima Farde is a passionate advocate for early resolution knowing the realities of litigation based on her own experience of 21 years which includes jury trials in Orange and Los Angeles counties.

Although Ms. Farde primarily represented Plaintiffs for 21 years of her legal career, she has now emerged to be considered a competent neutral by both sides. See references below. Ms. Farde has been described by her mediation clients as a hardworking spirited mediator who can provide a fresh and creative perspective. She works hard to resolve disputes even when parties feel there is no chance of meeting somewhere near the middle. Ms. Farde’s human skills in resolving Labor and Employment disputes are particularly useful when trying to settle cases on the eve of trial. Most notably she recently settled two cases, literally on the eve of trial, in one case, even after the jury had been picked days before. Ms. Farde may be one of the few mediators in this arena who can settle cases on the phone and save each party several thousands of dollars in costs.
