Sean Golding is a fantastic lawyer, who has been a pleasure to deal with and helped both my brother and me do resolve a tax matter that we were both VERY stressed about quickly and smoothly. There was one investment not reported for three years and my tax account, a big 5 firm, told me that they could not help except for huge $$$ and that I was in big trouble facing massive fines and maybe jail time. Worried, confused and panicked about FATCA/FBAR with a letter from a bank stating that the IRS will be notified about an account that I’m only the “custodian” (elderly foreign national mother), I run some Google searches in order to get some direction of what to do. What I found were multiple website...s, all written in such a manner to scare the bejesus out of anyone in a stressful situation to begin with. He or his staff responded to email questions in a timely manner making filing the questioner easy. The paperwork that he prepared was easy to review, organized with detailed instructions on what I was supposed to do next.
