Robert “Bobby” Waltman is a California personal injury trial attorney with significant courtroom experience, having served as first chair trial counsel in more than 35 jury trials.
Bobby represents individuals who have been seriously injured due to negligence, with a focus on cases involving substantial damages, including death, traumatic brain injuries, fractures, spinal injuries, and surgeries. His cases include car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, bike accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, and more.
In the past three years, he has recovered over $15 million for his clients and has been recognized as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Top 40 Under 40 lawyer.

Bobby was born and raised in Southern California. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was awarded Distinction in the Major. In 2012, he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, where he was awarded a full merit scholarship. Bobby occasionally returns to Fowler School of Law as a guest lecturer.
