Nicole Andrea Naleway

I am an Associate Attorney with Watkins & Letofsky, LLP. I handle all manners of employment liability claims, general civil litigation, complex property subrogation claims, and auto defense claims. 

I handle all types of family law cases, including dissolution, child custody and support, spousal support, establishing paternity, post-judgment litigation, emergency orders, and restraining orders. I also handle some criminal defense, including DUI defense and DMV suspension hearings.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in psychology and business management where I graduated magna cum laude. I later attended Chapman University School of Law where I graduated cum laude. While at Chapman, I was a member and managing editor of the Nexus Journal. I received seven (7) CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in courses including Evidence, Constitutional Law I, Select Topics in American Law, and Legal Analysis. As a first year law student, I was a quarter finalist for the Oral Argument Competition. As a second-year law student, I gained courtroom experience as a certified law clerk with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office in Fullerton.

Prior to law school, I worked in the legal department at an investment company, where I handled employment-related issues. During law school, I worked at a law firm where I gained experience in civil litigation, personal injury, and family law. I have volunteered my personal time in the community by working at Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
