Maltaise Cini did an excellent job of getting keeping me informed throuout the entire duration of my trial and then thereafter. She is very straight forward, which I appreciate. She answered all of my questions whether they be through phone call and or email. She kept me in the loop as I was very ner...vous and confused as to what was happening next. She was kind and considerate of my feelings. I hired her to to also expunge 4 cases of mine and they ended up being lengthy and I was a impatient. So I would check in on occasion and she would let me know and keep me up to date and as soon as all was clear she congratulated me and all was said and done. I hired Mrs. Cini several years ago to fight a possible felony case for me with jail time. Just this week, Mrs. Cini was able to get a judge to terminate my probation even though the D.A. was fighting it and she is moving to get my cases expunged. I have had my life saved (literally) twice by Maltaise Cini. In 1995 she represented me on a Three Strikes case, rather than 25 to life, I received (4) four years. Let's remember in 1995 there were no deals allowed and how she did that is still unknown to me. Unfortunately in 2002 I was convicted in ...a different case under theThree Strikes Law and was sentenced to 25 to Life.
