Kerri came highly recommended from my business attorney so I met with her. After meeting with her and four different divorce attorneys for initial consultations, I decided to hire Kerri because I felt that she was skilled, honest, and would fight for me. Kerri and her team were always responsive and patiently explained all of the complexities and helped me make the right decisions along the way. People told me that finding the right divorce attorney is a very personal choice that can make the process less stressful during an already stressful period of life. I found Kerri on Avvo initially and consulted her to handle my divorce in 2015. I was a little hesitant to do a consultation with her as she did not offer a "free" consultation like many other attorney's but after considering her reviews posted I met with her and presented my case. She gave me hone...st feedback on the best strategy for the divorce and what it would take to complete. I hired her and we worked well together to get my divorce final 8 months. The following year after my divorce was finalized I was told my job was moving to another state and I had to go through a custody battle as my child wanted to stay with me. Because of how well Kerri handled my divorce I also retained her to handle my custody battle. Again, Kerri worked with me to develop a strategy on how to best handle the case. My ex fought this hard and after a custody evaluation we still spent 4 days in court. In the end custody was awarded in my favor thanks in part to hard work and diligence of Kerri and her team. Going into this situation the odds were against me and she made sure the facts were represented in the end. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had several recommendations for attorneys and at the time Kerri was an unknown to me. She came as a recommendation from other very good Divorce attorney's who could not commit to the time and the complexity my case was likely to involve. As I talked with and consulted other attorneys Kerri's rep...utation for resolving and diffusing difficult cases convinced me she was the one I needed. Though Kerri was also busy I was pleased when her group was able to balance new clients to fit me in. I was also pleased Kerri took point on my case. I am so glad she took my case because through the three years of my complex and difficult case she always balanced her cases to ensure she and her team could do their best for her clients. I would like to think maybe I was special and though I hope so, I think all her clients feel the same way. Even if she wasn’t as good as she is, I would hire her for her experience, personal qualities and character. In the end I know she and her team did their best and are the best.

Divorces are unfortunate, but I was incredibly fortunate have to found Kerri to be my attorney. Although my divorce was relatively low in assets, it was extremely high when it comes to the logistical complexity and emotional fraughtness of the issues to be resolved. Two and half years ago, I separated from my now ex-husband and was hopeful that the divorce process would be straightforward. Throughout a process that ended up taking two and half years, more than 15 appearances in front of the judge, and a three-day trial, I can say that Kerri Strunk and Eileen Landau provided me with the best possible legal representation.
