I was recently in a car accident. My car was destroyed and my doctor's bills were ridiculous. After struggling with my insurance company and the person who hit me insurance company, I was just exhausted. I was getting nowhere! I was just getting passed on from one person to the next, all of which had... a different story and not one of them could give me a straight answer. My car was rear-ended by a drunk driver and the car was totaled ... with me in it. The result were the expected neck and shoulder injuries and an ambulance trip to the hospital while the car was dragged off the sidewalk and hauled away by a tow truck. When I was released, I opened the yellow pag...es and dove into the internet in search of legal representation: The shear number of dazzling ads was mind-numbing: everyone was an expert at everything., it seemed. Shortly thereafter, I began to see a beginnings of a steady flow of paperwork from the various agencies involved: the ambulance, the tow truck, the hospital, the sheriff's investigation, the prosecuting attorney and so on. All of it was redirected to Susan's people. Whenever I began to wonder how things were going the phone would ring or an email would pop up. Often, Joe would call or email himself or it would be Susan. Beginning to end, I went to Joe's office about four times: the first day to hire him, twice to drop off requested documentation (which couldn't be emailed) and once to pick up my final check. I'm much better now and I would have no second thoughts in recommending Joe Higuera to friend or family.
