I copied my review from Yelp due to the fact that I couldn't add anymore to make it better. Joe and his office were beyond amazing. The level of professionalism and expertise was incomparable. The entire staff made an effort to make me feel like I was their only client in that their level of dedic...ation to my case simply made the past year easier than I had expected. At one point when I was at a low point, Joe still was enthusiastic about my well-being and recovery. He made sure my recovery came first but made it known to me that he was working daily behind the scenes on the legal aspect of the personal injury case. Joe never took no for an answer and his staff always kept me in to loop as new information came in. Susan, who works in the office, would work with my irregular hours after her office was closed to make sure documents were signed and completed correctly. Everything was always explained to me so I understood and the staff was always realistic if not conservative with the outcome to make sure I knew what to expect. I would refer my family and closest friends to Joe and his staff. I can not express the gratitude I have towards Higuera Law Offices.

Joe Higuera embodies zealous advocacy and is a perfect example of a prime attorney. As a law graduate, when I got in a bad car accident, I already knew his office was the place to call. He made sure to get a declaration signed by my witness, and prompt monetary damages so that I could buy another car... (which was totalled) and get reimbursed for my car rental expenses. He also secured me with a top-notch M.S./D.C. chiropractor to make sure I physically recovered. In the end, he also got me a great settlement for my remaining damages, and fully informed me of, and advised me on my options if I were to choose not to settle. On top of this, he always made himself highly available (especially compared to the majority of attorneys) and answered all my questions promptly, as it seemed like he was always connected to his e-mail inbox. I highly recommend Joe if you need a strong advocate. He will competently handle, and alleviate you of your stressful legal problem, and only contact you when necessary.

My car was rear-ended by a drunk driver and the car was totaled ... with me in it. The result were the expected neck and shoulder injuries and an ambulance trip to the hospital while the car was dragged off the sidewalk and hauled away by a tow truck. When I was released, I opened the yellow pag...es and dove into the internet in search of legal representation: The shear number of dazzling ads was mind-numbing: everyone was an expert at everything., it seemed. So, I turned to an insurance agent friend of mine for some insight. He mentioned that he'd recommended Joe Higuera to a few clients, in the past, and hadn't ever received a complaint. The check was in the higher replacement range and made out to me. Shortly thereafter, I began to see a beginnings of a steady flow of paperwork from the various agencies involved: the ambulance, the tow truck, the hospital, the sheriff's investigation, the prosecuting attorney and so on. All of it was redirected to Susan's people. Whenever I began to wonder how things were going the phone would ring or an email would pop up. Often, Joe would call or email himself or it would be Susan. Beginning to end, I went to Joe's office about four times: the first day to hire him, twice to drop off requested documentation (which couldn't be emailed) and once to pick up my final check. I'm much better now and I would have no second thoughts in recommending Joe Higuera to friend or family.

Joe & his team without question, blew me away with the service, expertise, strategy and just overall experience during what was a very challenging & painful time in my life. With the defendants insurance initially offering me an absurd settlement of $900 plus repair of my vehicle, did Joe plan to prove [not only to me] but insurance company in what is truly FAIR and JUST in my case. Joe never let up, was diligent and down right relentless in fighting for my cause over 14 months time before reaching settlement terms of $130,000.00!! I cannot express enough gratitude for the efforts of Joe himself & team of professionals in helping me achieve this result.
