I experienced a slip and fall at a local store and visited my doctor. He told me to have various bones x-rayed and other parts checked out. I realized then that my medical insurance would pay for certain things but not for many of the other issues involved. Her concern even led her to call my husband while I was in one of my surgeries just to find out how I was doing. Jaimi was able to get medical records and doctors' billing records and lists of every medication that was given to me. She was stalwart and thorough in her dealings and that served us well when negotiations finally began. When we first discussed this case I was immediately impressed with Jaimi's integrity as she spoke about legalities and procedures. I have even more respect for her work, her actions and her knowledge after spending 3 years in her care.
