There are two things that drive our firm; the love of practicing law, and zealously fighting for those who can't fight for themselves. Our number one priority in creating this firm was to create a safe haven for our clients and their right to be heard. We have seen how other firms have set out with the best intentions, but failed to foster a relationship where the clients come before themselves.

While fighting for our clients, we quickly realized that there are so many other areas in which people like you--the "little guy" need and deserve zealous advocacy. Shortly after that realization, MKH Accident Attorneys began representing clients in other matters including: family law matters (divorce, child custody and visitation, retraining orders, etc.), guardianship, conservatorships, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, and other civil matters.

We understand it may seem odd that we have not changed the name of the firm, but the name is part of our story, who we are, why we do what we do, and why we spend the countless hours and sleepless nights fighting for justice for our clients--it simply would not feel right to us to change the name, as it truly is part of this firm's identity and foundation. We also thoroughly enjoy being underestimated solely based off of the name of the firm.
