Emily C Vogt

Ms. Vogt received her undergraduate degree from The University of Southern California (B.A., 2007) and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School (J.D., 2015). Ms. Vogt attended law school on a Dean’s Admission Scholarship, served as a law clerk for The Honorable Kimberly Menninger at Orange County Superior Court – Central, and was a law clerk for Whittier Law School’s Children’s Rights Clinic where she provided pro bono legal representation for indigent clients in guardianship and conservatorship matters. As an active member of Whittier Law School’s student community, Ms. Vogt was a finalist in the 9th Annual Susan E. McGuigan Oral Advocacy Competition, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Association; the Journal of Child and Family Advocacy; the Trial Advocacy Honors Board; and the Women Law Students Association. In 2015, Ms. Vogt was a recipient of the National Association of Women Lawyer’s Outstanding Law Student Award.

Ms. Vogt is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Women Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Women Lawyers.
