Biography
Ms. Prackup began her legal career as a litigation support manager for a large entertainment company while attending law school. Ms. Prackup was admitted to the California State Bar and the Central District of California in 2004. Ms. Prackup worked as a staff attorney at mid-sized law firm in Los Angeles, California, preparing many entertainment and business related cases for trial and arbitration. In 2006 Ms. Prackup transferred her legal skills to a prominent international Los Angeles law firm, where she gained valuable experience in business litigation and business transactional matters.
In 2010 she served as outside general counsel for a small start-up company.
In 2010 Ms. Prackup started her own practice. She believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in realizing her passion in helping business owners and individuals deal with a variety of legal issues at all levels of the legal process.
