Bahareh Habibi

This review is about my experience with Bahareh Habibi as my attorney for my BK case. I want to preface that as no attorney can guarantee the same results for every client as each case is different and has many different variables to them. For reasons I will not go into, I unfortunately had to fi...le for bankruptcy (Chapter 7) earlier this year. As anyone who will go through this process will come to know, it is a very stressful situation to be in, let alone confusing to understand how it all works or where to even begin. The only positive that came out of this ordeal was meeting Bahareh and having her represent me. I was referred to her from another attorney who works closely with her from time to time who handled another legal matter for me. I could not be more glad that she was the one who represented me. Bahareh is probably the most compassionate attorney I've met, which is rare in the legal field if you ask me. You can tell she cares about her clients just from how she responds to every email/text/voice message the same day or the day after and how much she wants to help. Even if she does not know the answer to a question right away, she at least acknowledges that she received your message so that you are not sitting there anxiously waiting knowing that any legal situation a person is in is one of the most stressful times of their lives. I cannot thank her enough for being this way. I would not be surprised if she becomes a pro-bono attorney in the future. With that said, I highly recommended her for any legal matter. I am confident that anyone who has her represent them will come to find that she is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and compassionate. Unlike some attorneys, if she feels that another attorney could represent them better, she will recommend/refer them to another attorney who may specialize in whatever legal matter they might find themselves in. I say this because after my BK case ended, I received a lawsuit for a separate issue that I am still trying to clear up, and she sent me to an attorney who would best represent me for that issue. I just want to thank her for being there for me during one of the most difficult times of my life.
