- Mr. Gokal has a flawless track record in challenging major corporations such as big-box retailers, major hotel chains, and multi-national airlines. In another recent lawsuit, he settled a case for $720,000 against a major chair manufacturer and high profile retailor.
- Mr. Gokal also has extensive experience in financial elder abuse, trustee malfeasance and probate litigation. He has been successful in removing trustees that fail to uphold their fiduciary responsibilities, failed to disclose accounting information and wasted trust assets. Mr. Gokal recently tried a case on behalf of elderly woman against a trustee who wrongfully removed the home from the trustee and retitled it in his own name. Mr. Gokal not only had the trustee removed but he also regained title to her home.
Education
Abbas Gokal holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mr. Gokal proudly serves Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center, which serves at-risk children and families in crisis to prevent and breach the generational cycle of child abuse.
