Wow! Where start? Payson came to me and my families rescue to help us with some of the most difficult and complicated multiple issues imaginable. Civil complaints. divorce,restraining orders. financial, elder abuse and trust issues. My 89 yr old father was in his last months, when literally all hell ...came down me and my family. I had already retained counsel for my father's divorce when I interviewed Payson to assist in protecting the Family Trust. Wish, that he had been retained for the divorce as well. My opinion...he is over qualified for divorce work. None the less, he helped a very prominent firm and me with my father's divorce any way and saved the family $235,000 by insisting that my other counsel proceed as Payson had suggested. WE prevailed very nicely. I do not know I could possibly been represented any better I was with Payson, He handled so many different issues for us. I write this now three years later, because I had reason to think about him the other day. I do not believe that finer men exist, than he is. I will always be so grateful for all he did and was for for us. Fine gentleman and a hero to us. Should I need to retain counsel other than Payson..... Even...Just second best, would be a huge compromise. I could write for hours about the details and never do him justice. At every instance he always preformed, well over, and above all expectations.

Mr. Lederman has many years experience in the field of probate and conservatorship and all details that go into this area of law. This is a specialized area of law that a lay person couldn't imagine what's all involved . This guy tells me from word one that he's by no means The cheapest nor is he eve...n middle of the road when it comes to fees, rather he's upper middle wich I knew right from the start he was a straight shooter. Mr Lederman went above and beyond what I paid him to do . Yes his fees are a little on the high side , we'll they are on the high side but I'll tell you this , it was worth every penny . I'm a no no nonsense person my self and that's putting it lightly , he was able to handle my personality and still do his job and get results over night at in my case . I highly recommend Mr Lederman if you are passionate about the situation you find yourself in and a mediocre lawyer just won't do it . He's also a family man and a good dude too
