Genevieve Wall

Genny Wall gives personal attention to her clients, and has expertise developed from 30 years of practicing law in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Decedent Trust Administration. Genny is responsive to her clients, and guides them through their legal matters from the beginning to end. Genny is dedicated to helping her clients understand both the legal process and the documents that they sign.

Genny has represented clients and their families since 1981 in many kinds of estate matters, including drafting many kinds of Estate Planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Health Care documents, and Powers of Attorney, and guiding clients through various Estate Administration processes, including Probates, Conservatorships, and Decedent Trust Administrations.

Genny’s office is located in Laguna Hills, and she can assist clients throughout Orange County, as well as provide assistance to distant clients who need to handle estate administration matters in California by phone, email and the web.
