EXCELLENT ATTORNEY, Worth every penny

I was arrested during a domestic dispute, then released when no charges were filed. A few weeks later I found that I had a warrant for my arrest. I was being charged with two felony counts of Arson PC 451b and PC 451d. I was, like most people in trouble for the first time, scared and not sure what to... do. I turned to friends and family for advice and hired the least expensive attorney possible. Needless to say that was a big mistake. It was a difficult time I didn't know who to trust. Scott was the second attorney I retained. He came highly recommended and is someone I highly recommend. Scott was not only was readily available to answer questions or explain things to me but dedicated the better part of two years fighting on my behalf. The DA would not offer a misdemeanor on my case, so we answered ready for trial. We were sent out to North Court in Fullerton, Judge Rogan. After the pre- trial motions, the DA could not proceed and the Judge granted her motion to dismiss my case. Justice!!! Celia

SCOTTS A GREAT LAWYER

I would highly recommend Scott Borthwick as an attorney. In Sept of 2012 I was arrested on three counts (1) a 245a2 felony assault with a fire arm (2) a 422 felony terrorist threat charge and (3) a domestic violence charge misdemeanor . I was beyond worried , but through it all Scott answered every ...call or text within a timely manner walking me through it the whole way. You could tell he really cared about how this case affected myself as well as my family. There were some difficult circumstances involved in my case but Scott stuck to business at hand and saw to it that I came out of this mess more than ok. End result was the fire arms charge was completely dropped and the other two charges were REDUCED to MISDEMEANORS WITH NO JAIL TIME and ONLY ONE YEAR UNSUPERVISED PROBATION . Ive talked to others in a lot less serious circumstances than mine and they received 3 to 5 years probation and some of them received jail time , but Scott was not their lawyer . So yourself a favor , higher this man to represent you, I did and have no regrets. I highly recommend Scott Borthwick as an attorney .He got my life back on track and Im sure he will do the same for you too. Signed . Joe in the Coachella Valley Ca .
