The O'Connor Law Group did a great job with my Lemon Law case. When I called them originally to ask for some advice, they suggested I try and sort it out with the car company myself. When the car company wouldn't respond to me, they took over. I couldn't believe it. I gave them all of my documentat...ion and they said I had a Lemon Law Case. Once they took over, I am sure the car company was wishing they would have just returned my calls. They were able to settle with the car company (for 2.5x the amount of my car without going to arbitration or court.) All this during COVID! O'Conner Law Group was always easy to get in touch with and was always helpful. I would hire them again but hopefully, I don't get another Lemon and won't have to!

This was are first time using a law firm and they were terrific. Once we provided the facts of our case, they we're up front about everything including details of the process and what to expect. Don’t believe auto manufacturers rejection letters. It’s policy hoping you’ll go away. I was fortunate for two reasons. I met a lawyer friend at our dog park. Mark was suggested to me and even so I was hesitant to call. Fortunately I kept a few records and better yet I videoed my dashboard warni...ngs.
