I was overwhelmed at how this firm stuck by me, and held my hand through a nightmare situation with my lemon law case. The entire staff always updated me, even when I would reach out with a frustrated email. They never made me feel like I wasn't important, or that any email was annoying, even when ...I worried that I was following up too much. Ultimately it was their hard work and diligence that got me through and got me paid. I would never wish my situation on anybody, but if you have to go through a lemon law case, there is no better law firm.

The O'Connor Law Group did a great job with my Lemon Law case. When I called them originally to ask for some advice, they suggested I try and sort it out with the car company myself. When the car company wouldn't respond to me, they took over. I couldn't believe it. I gave them all of my documentat...ion and they said I had a Lemon Law Case. Once they took over, I am sure the car company was wishing they would have just returned my calls. They were able to settle with the car company (for 2.5x the amount of my car without going to arbitration or court.) All this during COVID! O'Conner Law Group was always easy to get in touch with and was always helpful. I would hire them again but hopefully, I don't get another Lemon and won't have to!
