I first met Mr. Vito Lanuti when my father engaged his services regarding estate planning and setting up a trust. I was impressed with Vito's professionalism and the manner in which he worked with us. His counsel was invaluable. Therefore, when it came time for me to set up my own trust, I felt confident in employing Vito. He has helped me navigate my situation in a wise manner. I appreciate Vito's ability to translate legalize into layman's terms and to create concrete examples to which I can relate in order to have complete understanding of the process. Additionally, Kelly has been an incredible help with sorting through all the legal documents and making the process go smoothly and easily.

Mr. Lanuti, known to many as Vito, came highly recommended as I sought legal help in establishing a Living Trust. Family Trust
Vito Lanuti is a brilliant lawyer. With his experise our Family Trust was prepared and executed with details my husband and I were totally unaware of. great team..
We engaged Vito and his assistant Kelly in 2011. Vito really did a great job explaining how the trust would work on what our options were. One of the areas of most concern was how to leave the house and to whom. Kelly was and is extremely helpful on the adminstrative side. It's a difficult process getting all your ducks in order. I would recommend Vito to anyone looking for smart, sharp and engaging trust attorney.

Setup our living trust
Mr. Lanuit made setting up our living trust easier then we ever could have imagined. Went over all parts of trust throughly and answered all questions or concerns we had about how a trust operates and options we had to fine tune trust to our needs.

Impressive Value
Vito Lanuti and Staff were extremely thorough and timely. They helped My Family understand and unwind our Parents trust and divide real property. They helped My family thru a probate process and set up three LLC's with rental income. Couldn't have done it without Vito and Associates. Needless to say I also used Vito & Associates to set up My personal Trust. Would highly recommend Vito & Associates.

Supportive and Professional
I've used his services several times over the last 15 years. Drew up our trust, helped when my mother passed away with her trust, helped with legal papers for power of attorney, etc. Kelly and Vito were very supportive and professional. Wouldn't use anyone else for these type of legal services.
