I saw Heather while I was waiting for my felony case to be heard. She was the most professional attorney in a courtroom full of dozens of attorneys. When she addressed the Court on behalf of her client - everyone listened. She was articulate and she had a strong, confident presence. I was amazed at t...he charges that were dropped on behalf of her client. I spoke to her client while he was waiting for his paperwork from the numerous felony dismissals she got for him and he had nothing but great things to say about her. I had an attorney I had already hired and paid for but was so impressed with Ms. Schley I fired my attorney and hired her. That was the best decision I have ever made. She returns phone calls immediately, she always tells you-you are not bothering her and to call as much as you need to. She also charged me a flat fee (which was very reasonable) and I have never seen another bill from her since. She is honest and keeps her word and she will go back to court as many times as necessary to get what she wants. She literally went to court with me 7 or 8 times until she got an amazing resolution which ended up allowing me to stay out of jail and not lose my job. She really loves what she does and cares about her clients. I really did not think people like this still existed. I tell everyone I know to hire her if they need a criminal defense attorney. I came to heather as an ex-Offender who has been to prison several times before. I had 7 open cases against me. The controlling case was a Felony Assault and battery. Heather fought for me and never gave up. She appeared 25 times for me. the initial offer was 11 years. She was able to get all 7 separ...ate cases bundled into one case and got me a deal for a single conviction for misdemeanor and no probation. She was persistent with me about taking it all the way to the end and fight it, even when I was about to take a deal for 2 years in prison. But she convinced me to fight it out and in the end did a fantastic job for me. She is absolutely relentless when it comes to not caving in to the District Attorney. I would recommend heather to anyone who is not planning on just giving up. She will be my attorney in all my affairs now.

My son received a speeding ticket for which he was going to receive many points ( he already had a ticket before) and was either going to lose his license or his license was going to be suspended. Traffic school was not an option. When we met with Ms. Schley, she was very clear on my son's options... and she had plan A, B ,C, etc. Ms. Schley did her magic and got my son's ticket reduced with lower fines and traffic school!!!
