My name is Armando Zatarain and I am a private investigator. I worked with Mr.Stoddard for the first time approximately ten years ago. He had been held for four months pending trial; Chuck got the entire case dismissed literally on the eve of trial because the police had arrested the wrong man. I will stop here.
