I can't say enough about the services offered by Denise! She handled my child custody case with all that one would expect: grace in dealing with opposing counsel and the court, aggression when it came time to meet deadlines and push for what I was asking for, experience when it came to tough question...s and recommendations, and the most respectful communication between me and my family. Denise utilized her expertise to push for the things I needed and knew exactly how to navigate the court. I attempted to file the paperwork on my own and I stepped in it big time as a result! However, Denise and her legal team knew exactly what to do to rectify my mistakes and constantly had my back up until the trial. At points, the court did not swing our way, but Denise talked me through the entire process, easing all my worry and anxiety and rationalized even the most difficult decisions so that we got the best possible outcome. Even during the trial, which was highly nerve racking, Denise coached me on how to navigate questions comfortably and with ease. I loved Denise and her team and couldn't thank them enough throughout the process. 1 review 5.0 star rating 10/10/2016 Very pleased with Denise and Access Legal Group. She's abrupt and a no BS attorney, because her focus is on your case. She is clearly focused on the final outcome, not holding your hand and telling you it's going to be OK. Skilled legal counsel is costly, and ...while I wish it had cost me less than it did, I got what I paid for. I have been a client for almost 4 years now (which is the fault of the system, not Access Legal), and there were times when I felt defeated, like I was shoveling money out with no progress, frustrated at what Denise was telling me to do, as I, in my infinite legal wisdom was sure was counter-productive, but now after my case is concluded, I can see the wisdom in every step we took. She was careful not to waste my money on fruitless tasks, and focused her actions on what would move my case forward in the most positive and fruitful way.

I had some complicated issues in my case. Denise was able to help me understand when I should fight about something and when I needed to compromise. She didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear but I knew she was being honest with me. Her honesty saved me a lot of money and time. Would definitely ...use her for any issues in the future.
