DO NOTHING LAWYER I hired Anna Serrambana to represent me for an Elder abuse case against my mom and probate litigation during my mother's terminal illness. This was an excruciating time in my life, only exacerbated by Anna's lack of professionalism and knowledge about how to perform as promised. ...She performed at the Tball level while the opposing counsel was playing in the Major Leagues. On the rare exchange between Anna and opposing counsel, Anna was befuddled and over run. If you want to hire a weak, confused and negligent lawyer who doesn't return communication, hire this incompetent lawyer. I tried calling, texting and emailing Anna over a 5 month period and was ignored. I personally visited her office on numerous occasions and she was never there and still refused to reply despite messages left. I called her personal assistant, Mariela Rivas who also refused to return communication. A&R Law is a sham of a law firm consisting of Anna alone who, majored in hide and seek strategies throughout. I am currently suing her for incompetence and negligence and breach of fiduciary duty to her client. I wouldn't hire her to argue a spelling error in a spelling bee contest.

I don't think I've ever received this level of amazing service. Anna and Mariela went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I have dealt with two other different estate firms in my lifetime and I won't ever go anywhere else for future Estate or Probate... needs.

Anna is amazing. She gave me hope to know that I have a solid case and to pursue it. She knows trust and probate law. Her level of professionalism allows me to feel comfortable to leave it in her capable hands. She is prudent about what she makes charges on and saves me money where she can. I...e. Conference calls when court appearance is unnecessary. She advises me on how to proceed with different actions and allows for me to truly understand the tools available & the process. I highly recommend her.

My husband always assured me that things were taken care of if he were to die, unfortunately there were things he hadn't done and I ended up needing to go through Probate. Not sure what I would have done without Anna's help and guidance. She explained what needed to be done and walked me step by s...tep through the process. We didn't know each other before she started helping me and she has literally been a Godsend. Truly can't thank her enough.
