DO NOTHING LAWYER I hired Anna Serrambana to represent me for an Elder abuse case against my mom and probate litigation during my mother's terminal illness. This was an excruciating time in my life, only exacerbated by Anna's lack of professionalism and knowledge about how to perform as promised. ...

Replied last January 22, 2024Unfortunately when the client and the attorney disagree on the way to proceed in litigation, the outcome will never be satisfactory. Attorneys are limited by the facts and the law. When other independent attorneys (one associated with the client) agree on the litigation plan you lay out, you need to proceed accordingly. I am bound to maintain professionalism in the court room and in my conduct with opposing counsel. I refuse to lower my ethical standards and play games in the courtroom or with opposing counsel.
