In 2009, R. Allen Baylis represented a client charged with running a red light in Santa Ana based on evidence obtained through the use of a red light camera system. Mr. Baylis took the case up on appeal, which resulted in the published opinion: People V. Khaled (2010) 186 Supp. 1. The Khaled case has resulted in numerous non-guilty verdicts in Orange County Courts.

Stress Free! Case was HANDLED!
Allen Baylis really came through for us with a minor traffic ticket out of Westminster Court House (over an hour away) our case was a loser right out of the gate and we knew it but we were hoping the officers wouldn't appear and the case would be dismissed. Traffic ticket
