Replied last February 02, 2018This is simply not true. First of all, you stated you hired me in July 2015 but I didn't actually start your case until January 2017. If this was true, then how could you served your spouse in July 2015? How could a default be filed in 2015 if I didn't start your case for 1 1/2 years later. My staff works hard to file documents timely and answer all questions promptly. I have had the same staff for 17 years; therefore, you are misrepresenting the facts. I am glad you found a new lawyer but I have been practicing for 22 years without a complaint, so I cannot take your comment seriously. Best of luck.
