While attempting to do my own Notice of Default on a judgment foreclosure (a fool for a client?), a search turned up Coby's reference. Initial consultation, laid out an aggressive plan (which included a lise pendance for an additional, as yet, unlitigated claim resulting in additional recovery follow...ing defendant's dismissed BK filing, in large part due Coby's strong objections) and remained firmly on top of the usual court system maneuvering.
