Hired Coby Halavais to file a Notice of Default and to handle the subsequent process. Knew it was going to messy and challenging so I did not want to attempt it myself. While attempting to do my own Notice of Default on a judgment foreclosure (a fool for a client?), a search turned up Coby's reference. Initial consultation, laid out an aggressive plan (which included a lise pendance for an additional, as yet, unlitigated claim resulting in additional recovery follow...ing defendant's dismissed BK filing, in large part due Coby's strong objections) and remained firmly on top of the usual court system maneuvering. Property sold with 100% recovery of all principal, interest, post judgment, legal fees and court costs. This case was handled as well as any previous action I've been involved with.
