Vikki Lynn Vanderwoude

Ms. Vander Woude has handled a broad range of business litigation matters, including those involving commercial contracts, leases and other real estate disputes, employment, unfair competition, trade secrets and complex business and corporate disputes. She has conducted jury and court trials to verdict, participated in arbitrations and mediations, taken and defended dozens of depositions and prepared many executives and witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.

Ms. Vander Woude served as in-house counsel for a company in the real estate financial services area. In addition to advising the company regarding claims and risk management, she oversaw a broad range of litigation matters, and advised regarding real estate and vendor contracts and expense management.

Ms. Vander Woude has handled significant employment litigation matters involving alleged trade secret misappropriation, fraud, unfair business practices, breach of employment contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, and interference with contracts.

Ms. Vander Woude's practice in this area focuses on commercial and retail lease liability, including lease litigation, early terminations and buyouts.
