One of the Best Trial Lawyers in Southern California - Highly recommended!

My husband and I went through a lawsuit for over four years, which began on November 20, 2014 and ended in a jury trial that lasted for 12 grueling weeks. Our opponent was represented by her husband who is a high-power lawyer. They are wealthy and have the means to bring in all sorts of extraneous m...aterials and multiple witnesses with the purpose to win at all costs. In this lawsuit, we were represented by Attorney James Bohm who saw through all of the shenanigans the other side was trying. Mr. Bohm, with his years of experience in litigation and advocacy skill completely destroyed the testimonies of our opponent as well as her witnesses. He caught the other side in one inconsistent statement after another. He reminded the jury of the true case at hand and cut through all the diversionary evidence the other side was trying to interject with the hope to make the Jury confused. In his closing arguments, Attorney Bohm was very eloquent and thorough in reminding the Jury of important evidence. He was able to effectively summarize a complicated and lengthy 4-year case with 3-month trial using language and illustration that the people in the jury could digest and relate to. On March 22, 2019, the jury found in favor of my husband and me, and against the other party on all causes of action. The Jury verdict and award including a finding entitling us to punitive damages were beyond our expectation. We are very pleased and grateful for the excellent work of Attorney Bohm. Besides his excellent advocacy skill, he is also a very caring, understanding and pleasant Attorney. During the 3 months of trial, Mr. Bohm was always calm and supportive to help me and my husband sort through facts to be good witnesses on the stand and deal with the tremendous stress of a lengthy trial. In summary, we highly recommend Attorney James Bohm who is highly competent, professional, compassionate, devoted and reputable Attorney. We feel that we are indebted to Attorney James Bohm for the rest of our lives.

One of the best law firms

The most professional attorney, partners and staff that I have ever met in my life. I would recommend this office to anyone . Jim Bohm is a great business trial lawyer

Jim Bohm is a great business trial lawyer. He represented me on a complicated business case against a nationally renowned lawyer and law firm who were funded by an extraordinarily wealthy client that outspent me probably 10:1. Jim was honest, committed and ethical. He stood up for me and learned t...he case better than anyone else involved. He brought in the accounting expert I needed to support my case and worked diligently to be ready for trial. In trial he was inspired – he has been through the process enough to see “the game within the game” as it happened and handle the challenge. He can think on his feet and was able to adjust and adapt to the always unpredictable flow of a long trial. He knew business and accounting well and debunked and discredited the other side’s experts in cross examination. He connected with the jury from initial voir dire to closing arguments. Against long odds, he won the case hands down; every single claim and action was decided for me. Jim Bohm is a great business trial lawyer!
