Sam called me back but my situation was dissociated. I have a serious situation and Sam was somehow squeezed into being 'disingenuous' about it. I found out afterwards he's a personal injury attorney and not necessarily a Medi-Mal/Bad Faith/ Fraud lawyer. But he was even-tempered and sociable which w...as consoling. Yesterday I noted his reception being dispassionate toward my case, and 'undergunned' being the reason. After Sam and I talked, I chewed the cud a bit and realized we kinda got off on the wrong foot. And it was that we skirted the complications I've sustained, failed to face up to my current prognosis, and that we didn't fathom the sociological strife I've faced walking around infectious, (with Chlamydia), for 9+ years. If these issues were at the fore of our conversation, it likely would not have devolved as it did and ended up in me getting 'muted' with a denial similar to what the physicians have been 'mooting' (affronting) me with. But both Sam and his reception were a foothold for me to hang on with, and potentially reach someone else around...

A few years back my car was involved in a hit and run situation leaving my vehicle totally damaged and inoperative. My insurance company was contacted and a claim was filed. A week or so into the claim process, my insurance company declared that they would not assume liability of the loss (reasons we...re just as corrupt as all insurance companies). At that time i had never been in contact with a lawyer before as I’ve led a very straight edged life. A family member who had delt with a similar situation referred me to contact Mr. Nordean for council and legal help. At first, i was skeptical in contacting Mr. Nordean because of the idea that’s been embedded into me about lawyers being expensive and lack care and effort for anything but money, but i was in a tight spot and really needed the guidance. My first phone call with Mr. Nordean changed my whole perspective on attornies and immediately created a comfort zone for me explaining my situation in detail. I then went on to visiting Mr. Nordean at his office in Orange County to better strategize our moves in the problem at hand. An office filled with sports memorabilia, degrees and trophies of all his success stories sculpted a very confident feel for me in who I’m choosing to represent me in a very sensitive time. He was very hospitable and caring to my situation and it soon became evident that this is a lawyer that has my best interest in mind. One of the main attributes that was refreshing to me was Mr. Nordean’s communication. He was in constant contact with me, and NEVER missed a call or email. Do you know how confident that kept me throughout the process? Huge plus and huge thank you for that. That’s not where this lawyer’s skills end though, Mr. Nordean’s judgement and advice (eventhough they sometimes differed from mine) were always spot on. He never made me feel uneducated or less informed on the matters at hand but was rather patient and showed/explained his research and analytical thoughts to why, when and how things should be done. His creativity in explaining and attacking this case reminded me of chess, and he would not be an opponent I’d want to face. I say this because Mr. Nordean’s perseverance is a force to reckon with. He just really cares for his clients first and winning second. My case passed as easy as a breeze for me, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I never got my car fixed, but got a very hefty paycheck from the insurance company that i will never work with again. (Kemper) Anyways, since my interaction with Mr. Nordean I’ve referred family members, friends and just about anyone that asks for legal help. I refer them because i know I’m doing them a favor and my confidence in Mr. Nordean comes from hands on experience. He has helped 2 very close friends in detrimental situation. A second DUI for one and the second with an extortion scam, both won and are onto better times.
