Sam Nordean and his partner Ashkan of the Consumer Protection Law Group in Orange helped resolve a matter for me with a Collection Agency that was leaving abusive & "illegal" messages on my answering machine. The messages were very threathening and ruthless - ie: take you to court - ding your credi...t - sue you etc. I had no real idea at the time that this Collection Agency was in violation of Federal and State laws - but Sam informed of all that upon my free telephone consultation - it just did not seem right to me ,which is why I called them - Glad I did!!
