Biography
Roshele is a Certified Specialist with the State Bar of California in Workers Compensation Law and is an active member of both the California Applicant's Attorney Association and the Orange County Bar Association section of Workers' Compensation. In addition, she is the past President of the Orange County Chapter of the California Applicant Attorney's Association, leading other attorneys in Orange County to grow and expand their knowledge of issues for injured workers. She has been a member of The Women' Caucus of the California Applicant Attorney's Association, alongside California’s preeminent Workers' Compensation Attorneys to bring women's issues in workers' compensation to the forefront.
Roshele Snyder is a dedicated attorney with an uncompromising commitment to helping people who have been injured at work, have employment issues, need bankruptcy protection or need to preserve their assets/legacies through proper planning. In addition to Workers' Compensation, Roshele practices Employment Law, Wrongful Termination as well as Estate Planning and Bankruptcy.
Roshele holds a law degree from Whittier Law School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanguard University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Political Science. She became passionate about helping people while working at the University, providing financial aid planning for students to pay college As an injured worker herself, Roshele knows how the workers compensation system works and fights to get her clients the benefits they deserve. Her interest in helping people in need grew from these previous professional experiences, leading her to a career helping people in all areas of need, whether a work injury or an employment issue, bankruptcy protection or estate planning.
Roshele combines her desire to teach both youth and families with her passion for serving the community through her involvement in Financial Peace University Courses as a class coordinator. She enjoys spending time with her many grandchildren and gardening in her backyard.

She managed to get some treatment for me, but wouldnt/couldnt close out case as I requested several times. VERY late in getting QME and AME reports to me. Had to badger her. She requested to be relieved of my case. I expected to get my records from her. She sent me 2 CDs with no data on them. ...
