Biography
About me: I used to litigate for the big insurance companies - representing giants like Amazon, Tesla, and Costco. After seeing the questionable practices from insurance and their attorneys, I started a firm with my brilliant partner to protect the working class and injured in California. I have handled thousands of workers compensation/personal injury/employment cases, and know every trick in the book the other side tries to pull to deny claims/medical treatment and cut costs. There is a lot of cross-over with workers compensation here - including discrimination, wrongful termination, and overlapping benefits like FMLA/ADA/etc. We find that, unfortunately, employers do discriminate against injured workers - and that is where we hit them hard!
My primary experiences here are with car accidents and premises liability, as well as cross-over cases with workers compensation. The flexibility of medical treatment compared to workers compensation means I can get my clients the best medical care possible for full recovery and benefits!
Sexual harassment in the workplace is a real issue that has lots of cross-over with workers compensation and employment law. We give our clients a safe space, direct plan of action to address all issues, and make sure the perpetrator(s) and any knowing employer pay for those actions!
My years of work comp litigation on both defense and applicant side make these cases my area to shine! I truly love litigation and going to trial to fight for my clients!
