Mr. Firman is a Good Attorney
Used Mr. Firman in bankruptcy. He is a good attorney, highly intellectual. Has tremendous integrity. He cares about his clients. Bankruptcy's can be relatively easy, or difficult. My trustee was particularly difficult. Mr. Firman had no qualms backing the trustee off. I obtained my discharge.

Poor performance.
Completely unaware of my case on the first day of the hearing with the Trustee. No responsive to my calls and always will call me the day before of the hearings to ask further information. Never explained what to expect after the close of the case.
