Hired Aaron because of his outstanding reputation. I was a little worried about costs as he has a high hourly rate. But he staffed our matter efficiently, using a great associate with 20 years of experience and a very low hourly rate. Aaron and Anastasia got us a great result, and achieved it quick...ly for a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

Although Aaron is generally personable and knows his subject of real estate and BK (most likely), he tended to operate like his clients have elastic resources. We cannot say that he was not accessible, but the billing was higher than expected, and the work product from his team was average at best. ...

Aaron was amazing and a perfect fit for us. We had a complicated matter where a large customer owed us a lot of money and was getting ready to file for bankruptcy. Aaron jumped on the matter, created a great strategy for our case, and basically “bankruptcy-proofed” our deal. When the company filed, w...e were protected and got paid in full. No way we would have gotten that result with anyone else. He was amazing. Wouldn’t use anyone else for a large complicated case like this one.

I’ve never seen a lawyer with a better understanding of creditor issues and bankruptcy strategy. We were owed more than a million dollars when our customer filed for bankruptcy, which meant we were looking at a massive writeoff. But Aaron got into the case, figured out how to motivate the Committee... and the Debtor, and negotiated a deal that got us paid. We ended up collecting the full balance owed. Just an amazing result.
